- Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
If your order has been confirmed and processed successfully, you should receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation, don't forget to check your spam, the message may have slipped in.
If not, go to your personal space to find all the information about your order. In case of doubt, we recommend that you contact us by email so that we can check that your order has been registered.
- Is it possible to modify my order?
Once the order is validated, you cannot modify the items or quantities ordered. If you wish to do so, we suggest that you contact us quickly to cancel or modify the order before it is shipped.
If the watch does not suit you, you have 15 days to return your order, without having to justify a particular reason. Returned products cannot have been worn and must be in their original packaging.

Amalys accepts payments by Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. These payment methods are strictly secured and protected. Amalys does not keep any information related to your credit card.
