Amalys offers you free shipping in Belgium and France. Kindly note you can also request an express shipment for an extra fee of 15€. For the rest of the world, a delivery fee may apply, depending on your shipping area.
Please be aware that an additional 7€/$ delivery fee will be charged for orders below 60€/$, such as watch straps which are bought individually for example.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Amalys will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but cannot be responsible for delays such as a result of remote delivery locations.
If your order needs to be shipped outside Europe, you will be responsible for paying eventual additional charges for taxes or customs clearance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
We handle all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. (CET) on the same day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, it will be handled on the first business day after that.
In case you wish to cancel your order but the order has already been dispatched, you are required to receive it. The cancellation is not valid until it has been confirmed by Amalys by email. If a product has been discontinued or is out of stock, Amalys has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer.
RETURNS - EXCHANGE:
From the day you have received your order, you have the right to return your purchase within 15-days, without stating a specific reason. All items returned within this trial period must be in the exact same condition in which they were received. The returned products must be unworn and in their original packaging. They will be carefully examined once received before Amalys decides to proceed to any refund or exchange.
If you wish to return the order, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend you to choose a secured shipment method, as you are responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to Amalys.Products need to be returned to the following address:
