Deliveries & returns
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Europe: 1 to 5 business days
- Rest of the world: 2 to 7 business days
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. (CET) are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Amalys makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to the distance of the delivery location or logistical constraints beyond our control.
An express delivery option is also available for €15.
For deliveries to the rest of the world, delivery charges may apply depending on your geographical area.
For orders under €60/$60, an additional charge of €7/$7 will be applied (for example, for the purchase of a Strap ).
Amalys delivers worldwide.
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your destination country.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link that allows you to track the delivery of your package in real time.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it if you are not satisfied with the product.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and protective film intact.
To make a return, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend that you choose a secure shipping method, as you remain responsible for the returned products until they are received by Amalys.

Upon receipt and verification of your return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the payment method used when placing the order.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different model, please return your order for a refund and then place a new order on our website.
WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Amalys watches come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
By scanning the QR code in your watch case and choosing the charity we will support on your behalf, you will receive an additional year of warranty, for a total of three years from the date of purchase.
To benefit from the additional year of warranty, simply scan the QR code inside your watch case after receiving your order.
You will then be redirected to a short form to complete, and asked to choose the charity we will support on your behalf. This will automatically activate your third year of warranty.
The Amalys warranty covers any manufacturing or operational defects affecting our products (watches, straps jewelry) under normal conditions of use.
During the warranty period, Amalys undertakes to repair or replace the product concerned, free of charge.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear related to use (straps, batteries, cases, clasps, glass, plating),
- damage resulting from impact, dropping, or improper handling,
- damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, or unsuitable conditions,
- modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized third party.

PRODUCT & USE
All our straps interchangeable, allowing you to adapt your watch to suit your mood and your look.
Most of our models can be easily changed using the small bars on either side of the case, without the need for any special tools.
However, for the Portman collection, a tool is required. We recommend visiting a jeweler to have your Strap adjusted Strap ease.
The adjustment depends on the type of Strap
- mesh bracelets: simply slide the clasp along the Strap adjust it to the size of your wrist.
- Steel bracelets: depending on the model, the bracelet can be adjusted either by removing links using a tool (we recommend visiting a jeweler) or by sliding the clasp.
The level of water resistance depends on your watch model:
- 3 ATM: the watch is resistant to splashes and rain, as well as hand washing. It is not suitable for showering, bathing, or swimming.
- 5 ATM: The watch can be worn in the shower and is resistant to occasional exposure to water, but it is not designed for prolonged swimming or diving.
We recommend avoiding exposure to hot water and chemicals (soap, shampoo, perfume) and always checking the water resistance level of your model.
To preserve your Amalys watch over time, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth, avoiding shocks, and avoiding contact with water, chemicals, perfume, or cosmetics.
When not wearing your watch, store it in its original case, away from moisture and heat.
QUALITY, SAFETY & MANUFACTURING
Our products are made from materials carefully selected for their quality and durability.
We mainly use 316L stainless steel, known for its strength, premium finish, and use in watchmaking, as well as leather for our straps.
These materials are suitable for everyday use and meet current quality and safety standards.
PAYMENT & ORDERING
We accept payments via Bancontact, credit cards, and Klarna.
All transactions are fully secure thanks to payment protocols that comply with current standards, guaranteeing the protection and confidentiality of your data.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it, as it is processed quickly.
