These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTC”) govern sales made on the website www.amalys.com between :

(hereinafter “Amalys”)
and any person making a purchase through the Site (the “Customer”).
By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions and accept them without reservation.
1. Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time the Customer views them.
Amalys strives to present its products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly in terms of colors or the appearance of materials, depending on the screen used.
The photographs and images on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not legally binding.
2. Price
The prices displayed on the Site are shown in euros (€), dollars ($), or pounds sterling (£), depending on the Customer's location.
Prices include applicable VAT where applicable.
Amalys reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. Taxes and customs duties
For any order shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country.
These costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
Amalys cannot be held responsible for these additional costs.
4. Order
Any order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by Amalys.
Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the products ordered.
Amalys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event that:
- suspicion of fraud,
- incomplete or incorrect information,
- payment issue,
- or abusive behavior.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Payments can be made using the payment methods offered on the Site, including:
- Visa,
- Mastercard,
- American Express,
- Bancontact,
- as well as any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Transactions are secured through certified payment providers that use SSL encryption technology.
Amalys never has access to the Customer’s full banking information.
6. Promotional codes
Promotional codes must be entered before the order is confirmed in order to be applied.
Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes:
- cannot be combined,
- cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been confirmed,
- and do not apply to gift cards.
Amalys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
7. Delivery
Delivery methods, delivery times, shipping costs, and return policies are detailed on our "Delivery & Returns" page.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Amalys cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by unforeseeable circumstances.
8. Transfer of Risk
Risk passes to the Customer—or a third party designated by the Customer—at the time the Customer takes physical possession of the products.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European law, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Amalys is extending this period to 30 days in accordance with its return policy.

10. Warranty
Amalys products are covered by a warranty, the terms of which are detailed on the "Warranty" page.
This warranty is in addition to the statutory warranties applicable under Belgian and European law.
11. Liability
Amalys shall not be held liable for:
- consequential damages,
- operating losses,
- data loss,
- or any damage resulting from misuse of the products.
In any event, Amalys’ liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, photographs, videos, illustrations, and designs, remains the exclusive property of Amalys.
Any reproduction, display, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

14. Force Majeure
Amalys shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from an event beyond its control, including:
- natural disaster,
- strike,
- pandemic,
- transportation disruptions,
- computer malfunction,
- or any other case of force majeure.
15. Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts with jurisdiction shall be those within the jurisdiction of Navylys SRL’s registered office, unless otherwise provided by law applicable to the consumer.
