Amalys 2-Year International Warranty

At Amalys, we place a special emphasis on the quality and durability of our watches.

Your Amalys watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects discovered during normal use of the product.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) will be required for any warranty claims.

An additional year of warranty included

At Amalys, we believe that a brand can have a positive impact beyond the product itself.

That is why we support organizations dedicated to defending the rights of women and girls around the world.

To extend your warranty by one additional year—and enjoy a total of three years of coverage —we invite you to participate in this charitable initiative.

To activate your third year of warranty:

Please fill out the activation form,

Then vote for the organization you’d like Amalys to support on your behalf.

Once you have completed the form, your third year of warranty will be automatically activated.

Guaranteed coverage

What the warranty covers

During the warranty period, Amalys will cover the following, subject to inspection:

  • repair of the product,
    replacement of the product
    OR
  • a partial or full refund when deemed appropriate.

The warranty covers, among other things:

  • the watch movement,
  • the needles,
  • the dial,
  • as well as manufacturing defects that affect the watch's proper functioning.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear resulting from the use of the product,
  • scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage,
  • damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or an accident,
  • damage caused by work or repairs performed by an unauthorized third party,
  • battery wear or replacement,
  • damage caused by water, moisture, or use that does not comply with the waterproof rating specified for the model in question,
  • products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at:

Please include:
1. a photo of your watch,
2. a description of the issue you are experiencing,
3. your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs associated with returning a product under a warranty claim may be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified by our customer service department.

Battery Replacement

To prevent damage, we recommend having the battery replaced by a professional watchmaker or jeweler.

Amalys shall not be held liable for any damage caused by unauthorized handling or repair.

Legal rights

This commercial warranty is in addition to the legal rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
