Your Amalys watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects discovered during normal use of the product.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) will be required for any warranty claims.

2. a description of the issue you are experiencing,
3. your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Shipping costs associated with returning a product under a warranty claim may be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified by our customer service department. |

To prevent damage, we recommend having the battery replaced by a professional watchmaker or jeweler. Amalys shall not be held liable for any damage caused by unauthorized handling or repair. |
