If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
Returned items must: be unworn and unused, be returned in their original packaging, include all accessories, protective covers, and tags, and be in perfect condition for resale.
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to return an item

Once your request has been approved, we will send you the necessary instructions for returning the item. Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Amalys cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. |
