DELIVERY

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods (product launches, holidays, sales), additional processing time may be required in exceptional cases.

Estimated delivery time

Your order will be shipped quickly thanks to our free express shipping.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier or during peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Free shipping on orders of €80 or more.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import fees beyond our control.

These costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package in real time directly on the carrier's website.

We hope you love your Amalys product.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

Returned items must: be unworn and unused, be returned in their original packaging, include all accessories, protective covers, and tags, and be in perfect condition for resale.

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to return an item

1. Contact us

  • your order number,
  • the relevant articles,
  • the reason for the return.
2. Prepare your package

Carefully place the items back in their original packaging to protect them during shipping.

3. Ship your return

Once your request has been approved, we will send you the necessary instructions for returning the item.

Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Amalys cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

REFUND

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically issued via the payment method used when placing the order.

Refund period

The refund will typically appear in your account at

Reimbursed expenses

The reimbursement covers:

  • the total amount of the returned items,

The initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

Defective product or order error

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the problem encountered,
  • as well as photos of the product in question.

In that case, Amalys will cover the return shipping costs and offer:

  • an exchange,
    OR
  • a full refund.

Unclaimed packages or incorrect address

If a package is returned to us because:

  • an incorrect address,
  • incomplete shipping information,
  • or an unclaimed package,

The customer may be charged for return shipping costs.
