Deliveries and returns
Deliveries:
Amalys offers free shipping in Belgium and France. Please note that you can also request express shipping for an additional fee of €15. For the rest of the world, shipping costs may apply, depending on your delivery area.
Please note that an additional shipping fee of €7/$ will be charged for orders under €60/$60, such as straps that are purchased individually, for example.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment. Amalys strives to ship your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays due to the distance of the delivery location.
If your order is to be shipped outside of Europe, you will be responsible for paying any additional costs related to taxes or customs clearance. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
We process all orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. (CET) on the same day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been shipped, you are required to accept delivery. Cancellations are only valid once they have been confirmed by Amalys via email. In the event of a stock shortage or end of line, Amalys reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund the customer.
RETURNS - EXCHANGES:
From the day you receive your order, you have the right to return your purchase within 15 days, without giving any specific reason. All items returned during this trial period must be in the same condition as when they were received. Returned products must be unworn and in their original packaging. They will be carefully examined upon receipt before Amalys decides whether to issue a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend that you choose a secure shipping method, as you will be responsible for any risks associated with transporting the returned products to Amalys.
