Terms and conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to your purchases on the website www.amalys.com and its use, and constitutes a contract between you and the company that owns the Amalys brand, a company registered in Brussels, Belgium. By making a purchase on this website and using it, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Confirmation

Once you have placed your order on www.amalys.com, you will receive an electronic invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. Please keep this email, as it will facilitate any future contact with our customer service team. As explained in the warranty section, this electronic order confirmation also serves as proof of purchase.

Payment

We accept payments via Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. These payment methods are strictly secure and protected. Payment will be processed by Stripe with secure encryption. Amalys does not store any credit card numbers. All confidential data is transferred directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the financial institution.

Promotional codes

To be valid, promotional codes must be entered during the checkout process. For technical reasons, attempts to add a promotional code after a purchase will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Some promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, and it is up to AMALYS to decide whether a promotional code can be combined with another current promotion (e.g., sales, Black Friday, etc.).

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in Euros, Dollars, or Pounds Sterling, depending on your location. Amalys reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. If an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the European Union, the consumer may be required to pay import duties and taxes. The consumer will be responsible for paying these import duties and/or taxes.

Intellectual property

All drawings, images, texts, comments, illustrations, and images reproduced on www.amalys.com are the exclusive property of Amalys and are protected by intellectual and/or industrial property rights worldwide.

Users are not authorized to publish, manipulate, distribute, or reproduce, in any form whatsoever, all or part of the content of this site. "AMALYS" is a registered trademark. Users are not authorized to use this trademark in any way whatsoever and undertake not to use it without the prior written consent of Amalys.

Privacy Policy

Amalys complies with privacy regulations as set out in the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, on privacy protection with regard to the processing of personal data. Customers always have the option to view, modify, or delete their personal data. Customers also have the right to object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes by simply sending an email tosupport@amalys.com (The Great War and the Great Depression).

Amalys will store the data entered by the customer in a file. This data will be used, for example, in the context of fulfilling the customer's order. We guarantee that all personal data will be treated with care. It will not be passed on to third parties for marketing purposes without the consumer's consent. However, this personal data may be used to send promotions and newsletters if the consumer has given their consent to do so, for example by subscribing to the Amalys newsletter or making a purchase on the website. In these circumstances, offers from external partners may be included in newsletters and promotional offers. Amalys is also authorized to use customer data to promote certain products or services to the customer.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all contracts and legal relationships between Amalys and the customer, regardless of the country in which the customer is established.
