WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AMALYS TWO-YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Your Amalys watch is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty covers component and manufacturing defects existing on the date of purchase of your Amalys watch. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed, and stamped by an official Amalys retailer.

During this period, the movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover:

  • Battery life;
  • Normal wear and tear or aging, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or accident;
  • Water damage if the product care instructions relating to water resistance have not been followed. Water resistance 3ATM: not resistant to showers or other water exposure. Excessive contact with water may cause permanent damage to your watch. More generally, Amalys advises against exposing your watch to water in order to preserve it as much as possible.
  • Products that were not purchased from an official Amalys retailer.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

Please email us at hello@amalys.com with a photo of your defective watch, an explanation of the defect, and a copy of your warranty certificate. If you purchased your watch online, please send us a copy of your order confirmation. Our customer service team will assist you.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the costs associated with your claim under this warranty, including postage or shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
