Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Europe: 1 to 5 business days
• Rest of the world: 2 to 7 business days

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. (CET) are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Amalys makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to the distance of the delivery location or logistical constraints beyond our control.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it if you are not satisfied with the product.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and protective films intact.

Amalys watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Receive an additional year of warranty
By scanning the QR code in your watch case and choosing the charity we will support on your behalf, you will receive an additional year of warranty, for a total of 3 years from the date of purchase.

All our straps interchangeable, allowing you to adapt your watch to suit your mood and your look.

Most of our models can be easily changed thanks to the small clips located on either side of the case, without the need for any special tools.

For the Portman collection, however, a tool is required. We recommend visiting a jeweler to have your Strap adjusted Strap ease.
